This 2022 Equipter 4000 just came out of a thorough refurb and is ready to go straight to the jobsite. The undercarriage received major attention, with both the left and right Axletek drum brake assemblies replaced along with fresh park brake pads, a new pinion seal, and a wheel hub oil seal kit — giving this unit a like-new braking and drivetrain foundation. The drive system was also refreshed with a new Hydrogear hydrostat spring for smooth, responsive operation, and all ten Bucher lever boots were replaced to keep the hydraulic controls protected. Safety items are fully up to date too, with a new breakaway cable and two new safety chains installed. On top of the mechanical work, the unit went through a full 3-year service, and the control panel and side banners were refreshed with new decals for a clean, professional appearance. With 16 hours of dedicated service labor behind it, this machine is field-ready and built to perform.
